Notes:
1. On the map in the book, only what is now known as Little Long Pond (in Seal Harbor, town of Mount Desert) was labeled "Long Pond". The other pond known today as Long Pond (towns of Mount Desert and Southwest Harbor) was labeled "Great Pond".
2. Proctor (1946) placed this species in family Nemouridae.
3. Proctor (1946) placed this species in family Perlidae.
4. This report appears to be well out of the species' range.
5. Nomenclature needs further examination.
