Exciting news! We are pleased to share that we are working in collaboration with Maine Department of Inland Fisheries & Wildlife and Mid-Coast Audubon to coordinate an expansion of MNHO’s Maine Nest Box Monitoring Project to focus on American Kestrels in Midcoast Maine beginning in 2026. These efforts will be conducted as part of the Maine Kestrel Project. We will keep you apprised as these exciting efforts develop over the coming winter!
